Screening Process

 

Option A:
1. First name, cell, age, race/ethnicity, height, weight and occupation.
2.  TWO references from known providers; include their email address AND website. DO not give me their cell number.
3.  If you have: Private Delights or P411 handle, send a message and let me know what it is.​​

Option B:
1.  Full name, photo of work id badge or paystub.

2. Selfie Photo of you holding your work id badge or business card.

3. Company name and website, work email, LinkedIn Profile.

 Please INCLUDE Day and time you would like to see me.

 

 All information is deleted once you have met me.

The only information I save is your first name, cell number and email address.   You can rest assured that we value privacy for everyone and we will never divulge your info to anyone.

IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 48 HOURS 1/2 FEE

IF LESS THAN 24 HOURS THEN FULL FEE
